At TRUE linkswear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all packaging included to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unworn shoes in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location using the provided label.
Process and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
